How to lose a size in 7 days.

Ok…that sounds like a big.hit cover book, but hey…it aint.

Its my own personal experimentation. 1 size: 7 days.

It takes 7 days to add truly a size, so it has to take 7 days to lose it. AND I MEAN IT. (ok, thats not a scientific fact lol, just body facts, others gain it in 1 day btw).

I need to fit in my pants that i bought (super cute satin tuxedo pants), and my hot top (sequined to death), with curled up hair, huge false lashes, bold bright red lips, extremely pale body and face…just-a-la dita von teese.

Starting off tomorrow.

It will be hard

It will be tough

But together…we will be rough

LOL, i just made that, sounds silly, heh?

My measurements:

Bust: 115 or 45"

Waist: 108 or 42.5"

Hips: 128 or 50"

Need to get down to:

Bust: 114 or 44,5"

Waist: 98 or 38,5"

Hips: 118-120 or 46.5" or 47,4"

I know these looks like gross,,,,but my comp. measurements are:

Chest: 36-38"

Waist: 24-25" 

Hips: 36-37"

(ok,,,,when i am lean…i do got an extremely tiny waist compared to rest, so its a true pain in the ass to find clothings, since i wear like: 14 for the hips and 2 for the waist lol)

OMG-.—i have been totally overspending on make up and cosmetics. And i truly mean it. 

Anyway….i did fall off the wagon couple of days…and THAT didnt help at all. The moment i stop having my rowing session every day…i get plateaued again :-(

As of today…i am at: 257,4

I was lower last week. But bleh…im again on. I mean…i wanst off off, simply i wasnt getting exact macros and no cardio. And MY BODY is that exigent…be strict or else you wont get results.

I sold my weight training machine…did i mention that? Anyway…so no more home gym, only weights, bands and stability ball…but i guess im good at it.

I will try something: 20-30 reps. I dont know…but i saw this new sensation-star-guy on bodybuilding.com, and for competition, since he got the mass, he workouts all at 20-30 reps range…with WEIGHTS, and he says its damn hard, harder than low reps. lol.

I MUST DO THIS.

Beside…this…i hope i can get to my 244lbs goal. I have less then 5 weeks left. If not…DO NOT STRESS MYSELF (aka note to self).

5100 meters…..

Still improving. BTW: My traps are getting big and defined from the rowing lol!!!

Im getting leaner everyday, i eat well…and i feel well. Nothing to complain. I enjoy this type of cardio.

Lets hope tomorrow i sell my home gym, so i can get to train with my TRX, and enjoy space (my main problem for not training is lack of space lol).

Beside that, i found a super nice tanner, that works great on my skin. Everybody has been asking me where i went on vacation lol!!!! I just replied with a huuuge grin. Ha ha, i found the perfect self tanner.

I have to go sleep, because in 6 hours i have to wake up for a check up blood test, then some shopping and oh!! drive down my application for m.a.c pro!!! Im finally a professional make up artist!!! I graduated 4 days agoooooo. Yipeeeee!!!

How many times did that title from the post have been made in my blog? LOL

My comp. prep is doing amazing. Dont ask me how, but i am losing weight daily, i still eat bunch (2000+ calories), and my only workout now is the rower (which kills the entire body, btw: i do it at the max. resistance).

I am selling my home gym, so…no more squats or pulldowns,  but i found a substitute: TRX

This is amazing. I am not searching to add more mass (well…except shoulders, biceps and lats, which i still have the bb and db). This does involve all the muscles in the body and is extremely hard to do. Its all with bodyweight! I saw it when Valerie Waugaman posted it on a fitshow video, she was getting certified for it..and now im inlove with it! (havent received it yet!)

Yesterday i did 5011 meters in the rower, another PB.

I am usually not a good title-maker. My titles often are repetitive and meaningless.

I dont know why i lack in the creativeness of a title. I see this blog posts with such amazing titles, which helps in the reader to focus. Or to see if its interesting or not.

But mine are bland. Dont ask me why, as i havent even figured it out myself.

So: Hello Myself (lol)

My workouts are doing fine, i havent started any strenght training yet (the rowing pretty much gives me soreness everywhere).

I will sell my home gym, as i basically hate it. When i bought it, i tried to convince myself that it was a size-good-enough to fit in the micro room. Actually a toilet has more space than the training room. I cant walk in it without dropping a 50 pound weight on my toe!!!

So…even thought i wont have a pulldown pulley, neither a row pulley, nor butterflies or squat rack…i will start using another weight training technique. More on explosive movements. On balance boards. Specially for legs, since i have the size i want, but they lack of endurance.

Chest: I hate training chest with weights, and it will never change. I HATE IT. So…lots of push ups, 1 arm push ups…and that sort of stuff.

Upper body: extra super heavy weights. I wanna add more mass to my V taper and arms. Also, i want bigger traps.

Thats it!!! Now….if someone would please buy the pain in the butt so i can go workout in an empty room with space (and if i trip, i fall like god says, not in a pile of dumbbells, chains and pulleys.

So i have this 2 piece suit (gorgeous btw)…and i ahve been reading stacey’s blog….and she has been stoning her suits. Now…OMG…i totally want to stone my suits.

But i’ll have to wait until i have $$$$. I will start work partial time as a freelance make up artist, in hope to make some $$$ and pay my credit, plus my obssesion for high end brands stuff (clothing, make up, fragance, skin care, jewelry, extras lol).

Today the cardio session was tough (i do every day 20 min of hard HIIT on the rower)….i was totally feeling it today. Gosh. But i went through, and i did another Personal best. On meters. 3370 meters. Yesterday: 3250 meters. Tomorrow, i hope to get to 3450. :-) I will push through.

Also, i stopped biting my nails. They are starting to look good. My mom did a gift to me: a complete set for growing nails from mavala and clarins (worth $80!!!!). Nail root cream, cuticle cream, nylon+coat strenght treatment, mavala scientifique treatment, base coat from clarins, some hand creams and emerad boards. Sooo cute, and i adore it. Taking care of nails have never been so fun!!!!!

Its time for another announcement.

I will compete! On the 26th of april 2009!!!! It has a $6000 reward for winners!!!!!!!!!! Its the revolution sport cup national show (meaning, if someone wins there…they can start competing internationally, which btw: there is the world championship cup in september 2009).

Its around 500km from my home, will travel by car probbaly.

That leaves me 24 weeks and 4 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am soooo excited i cant even explain!!! 

Yeeehawwwww yeeehawwww yippeeeeeeeee dadaaaaaa

I will update now seriously. No messing, i promise.

Now i start the phase of cleaning the diet, adding cardio and some weight training. I truly hope to not need 2 hours cardio per day. lol. I think i have a strategy to not fall into that.

I am not sure what my stage weight will be, as for now, i want to go on how i look. Since i havent worked out for 4 months (yes…i was very sick)…i dont know how my body will react to the new weight training…and nutrition strategy. i may gain like 10 pounds of lean mass (probably some lost lean mass).

Anyway…FYI, my starting weight:

259 pounds. 172 days out. I CAN do it.

Very indeed.

I can still eat some ice cream and chocolate every day…and manage to lose bodyfat without any workouts.

Cant wait what adding the workout will do…wooow lol.

Lately…i have had many guys flirting with me ( whoa lol)…and i mean a whole bunch…everyday couple lol.

But, unfortunately…not my type…haha

Im thinking of doing the  turbulence training as my workouts. I dont want to spend a lot on it. I wont do the same mistake as before and do tons of cardio plus weight training, its been detrimental to me.

I wanna enjoy life!!

The in office teeth whitening hurted a lot. And by a lot…means very potent antiinflamatory and analgestic for 2 days.

I couldnt eat, breath, hear any pitch noises, or even fall asleeeeepppp.

Anyway…was it worth it? they are def. whiter now…but….not the shade i want them yet…so i got those trays to use at home. Dentist said to start by 1 hour everyday up to the whole night.

I’ll see where my sensitivity holds.

Next…diet is going great. In case you wonder what i eat…here you go:

Breakfast: 1 nectarine, half scoop protein powder, 2 actimel and 24 peanuts (salt free)

Snack: Zone  shake with 1 cup milk

Lunch: 11 oz cooked chickpeas with 15 grams parmesan cheese, 4 organic eggs, 1 tbsp zone omega 3, half nectarine and about 20 olives

Snack: 2 yoghurts and 12 salt free peanuts

Dinner: 6-8 oz of sea bass, with some veggies and fruits

Pre-bed snack: 21 fl. oz. milk

 

This is when i dont workout, when i workout, add 2 more snacks, 1 before and 1 after. Like 2 yoghurts before with l-glutamine, and half scoop protein powder, with half banana and l-glutamine after.

My weight training routine:

Day 1: Upper Body

Day 2: Lower Body

Day 3: Pilates session

Day 4: Back & Chest

Day 5: Lower Body

Day 6: Shoulders & Arms

Day 7: Pilates session (for core, general strenght and less back pain)

Cardio is a must, and 20 minute HIIT almost everyday now.

 

Im leaning now pretty fast. I hope to hit the 30 pounds less by new year!!!!

 

On a side note: i got a horrible skin rash because of the radiation i was exposed during the test (in the agreement paper, it stated the amount of radiation i was going to be exposed was the equivalent of 14 months living in an ambient of radiation or 125 x-rays of chest.

So…it also mentioned a big skin rash afterwards. How nice….heh?

 

Tomorrow im going to do new blood tests again. Gosh…my veins are destroyed. I had around 130 blood tests in these last 3 months…so my veins are totally destroyed…:-(
